Happy end of July! It's crazy how fast this summer is flying by.
Congrats to your husband! My dad has a desk job too, and it's definitely not great for your back and can even encourage mindless grazing. It's great that he'll be able to move around more.
Got up this morning to see I was in the 140s! I generally don't set much store by the scale because it's not always reflective of the work I put in, but it's nice to see the work quantified.
