How's it going? Keep working hard. It's the dog days of summer in Texas. .making it very hard to be outside. What are you doing to stay cool?

Well I am off to a decent challenge start. Hot here in CA as well...I run the ac and have taken to wearing my headwrap after soaking it in water when I leave the house. It does cool me off a bit but dries quickly. It is just one of those super wide style headbands. I also drink a ton of iced tea. I love sweet tea but it does not agree with my calorie goals (I drink loads of iced tea!). I have taken to making the lemonade crystal light and mixing about 3/4 black tea with 1/4 crystal light. It is not sweet tea, but it works for me! I have also been making sugar free jello and keeping that in the fridge. I put a spoon of the fat free whipped topping in. So far raspberry is my favorite, followed by cherry. I am not sure I care for the orange or lemon. I will be hunting for more sugar free flavors!

Weigh in this am at 149.8.....so for goal I have another 9.8 pounds to go! I counted 9 week of challenge yet, so it may be possible. I am so happy that I did not gain this week....mom was here and we tend to eat a bit more treats. I did have more chocolate macaroons than I like to admit, but avoided the chips and costco trail mix so I am counting it as a success. :)

    Happy Sunday all!

No loss this week but I'm thankful that I didn't gain. I got quite a bit of exercise this past week but in all the busyness we ate out a lot. I also didn't do good at getting my water in. 2 things to try to improve on for this week.

I was stuck for the longest time and the weight miraculously melted off at the end!

I hit goal this morning and will be leaving the group. I joined the Easter challenge at 170 and it's been pretty fun entering my losses on here, since I don't discuss my weight IRL.

Thanks, and good luck everyone! If I can do it, you can do it.

    Entered into spreadsheet already.

    MFP SW: 181.8 (09June2014)
    UGW: 130.0

    Week 1: (11July2015) 153.8 lbs
    Week 2: (18July2015) 151.4 lbs
    Week 3: (25Jul2015) 150.4 lbs
    Week 4: (01Aug2015) 147.1 lbs
    Week 5 (08Aug2015) 149.6 lbs

A bit of a gain this past week, but it was to be expected. My week 4 numbers were chiefly due to migraine dehydration - so hopefully this upcoming week will be back to normal.

Congratulations and best of luck, @barbecuesauce !
