Hello - I was looking for a group and yours looks exactly like what I am doing! I am an avid (but overweight) crossfitter. I go 5-6 times a week (for the last seven months) and love it. I have not been looking for weight loss per say however now that I have some proficiency at crossfit I feel like it would be helped by having a little less weight to try and pull up....Looking around the Internet it seems that macros are the thing for me so I thought I would give it a try! Would love to connect with others.
