Today I challenged myself to do 40 sit ups and 25 squats as well as my usual Tae Bo workout. It's really hot in London today so I will treat myself to some delicious low fat frozen yoghurt hmmm lol Have a great day everyone0

Rode my bike to work, then bike ride home and take the dogs out. I also brought some healthy shrimp tacos for lunch for the next 2 days and already got healthy turkey burgers for dinner, I'm set! It always helps to plan ahead with healthy food for me :happy:0

I'm on day 3 of the 7 Day Miracle Soup diet, and it's going pretty good so far. I've cheated a little each day, but nothing too extravagant. I've found that I crave something salty before lunch, so I've had a small amount of cheese and/or crackers to satisfy the craving. Yesterday I DID give into the peanut butter pie temptation, but I only had a small slice.
This evening I will run 3 miles on the treadmill. Last night I stuck to my committment and did 30 day shred, then I ran a quick mile for an extra push. Feeling good about this week so far!!0 -
I bullied myself out of bed early to do my C25K workout - today was a 25 minute run with 5 minute warm-up and cool-down walks. Got a trainer session tonight so my activity will be good. I went out to lunch with a co-worker and the calories aren't too bad but it's not settling well so now I'm regretting it.0

Did my strength training routine at the gym, followed by 30 minutes cardio on the treadmill. Started and ended with stretching (which I've been skipping). I'm learning that I really need to take time to stretch! I've been experiencing some aches and pains that stretches/warm-ups would have most likely prevented. :grumble:0

I used to skip stretching more often than not too until I started working with a trainer and he kept stressing how important it is. It actually does feel really good, too, if you take the time to do it. I usually do a 5 minute cardio warm-up and then do a really good stretch post-workout.0
