Week 14 Day 1 Check-In!
Another week no gym, I usually don't go on Mondays anyways but plan on trying to do some DVD's this week starting tomorrow!

Week 14 Day 2 Check-In!
I just couldn't do it this morning, I don't know why......I use to work out at home all the time...just totally sabotaging myself lately....this is week 3 no gym...I think I am doing good maintaining but this is setting me back bad, I do not think I will reach my goal by the deadline I set for myself now
I did get my steps in yesterday at least , 10,572 ! lol0 -
Week 14 Day 3 check-In!
SO yesterday I decided to start trying to get in some at-work workouts lol
I did 75 Lunges , 75 Squats and got in 11,454 steps! and I also drank 101.4 Oz's of water0 -
Week 14 Day 4 Check-In!
I got in 10,684 steps yesterday , 60 Squats and 60 lunges and my quads are now dead! 101.4 Oz's of water too!
I stepped on the scale today and was in shock! Hit a new low, lets hope it sticks!0 -
Week 14 Day 5 Check-In!
I got 10,853 steps in yesterday, 30 squats (couldn't force myself to do anymore, so sore!)
67.6 oz's of water in yesterday too!0
