Back after baby

Hi all, I'm back on MFP following the birth of my son at the end of last year. I can't remember when I started logging again but I need some motivation to help me along I'd like to get back to my pre baby weight and at the moment it's not easy. I'm 7 days into the 30 day shred, and eventually want to start lifting weights. Please feel free to add me as I need more friends in the same time zone my diary is always open however I'll admit sometimes my logging is not continual but I'll get there! I live on the outskirts of west London.
