Running on the 21 day fix.

Hi there! Starting the fix tomorrow and am excited that I've found this group. I've been running for a few months now and just wondering if there are any runners that have done the fix? Should I be doing my run AND the video for the day or should I be doing arms, Pilates, yoga during run days and save the cardio intense videos for non run days? Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!

    @sari_endipity08 The only suggestion I have is read page 76 of the Food Plan. Autumn suggests that if you are going to do 21DF and another program you want to add more calories to your meals which may (and probably will) move you up to a higher food bracket. If you plan on doing both, you'll want to consider your containers accordingly.
