Hi all! What exactly is the 3 day quick fix? Is there a shopping list? I think I want to mix it up in the middle of this round.

    The 3 Day Quick Fix is part of the 21 Day Fix program and you should find an insert about it in with the other things you received with the DVDs. The 21 Day Fix app includes a way to track doing the 3 Day Quick Fix as well. Basically, it's just a simplified meal plan you do for three days that has very little variety and no fruit or dairy.
