Any cooking tips?

I'm on my second week of Nutrisystem and so far I really love breakfast, don't love lunch, and dinner is hit or miss. Does anyone have any tips on how to prepare the NS food, especially the dehydrated lunches? I will upgrade to the frozen foods plan next month but unfortunately for now I have a LOT of dehydrated stuff that I can't quite get the hang of preparing!

    Couple small things: On the dehydrated use the conventional method. They come out with better texture and taste. Also spices. Spice them up to your taste. Some folks will add veggies to their lunches. There is also recipes on the nutrisystem web site. Although I do not have one, I have seen a lot of good comments about using a Lunch Crock. Maybe some of the Crock Pot folks can give you some help with that. Hope this helps some.

    Many NS members use their Mini crock pots, and add other yummy veggies to the Entree's. Charlie put the word out so I bet some will be coming your way. I'm a huge salad fan so I eat mine usually with a salad.
