Introduction and Carb Cycling Question

Hello! My name is Gabrielle and I just started Katy Hearn's summer challenge. I'm so incredibly excited still to see some changes!
I was wondering if anyone else is going to play with their calories and do the carb cycling? I followed her instructions and just put all the info into MFP. I'm comfortable tracking macros but unsure is it's a good idea given I want to loose a lot of weight or if it is more suited to those making smaller physique changes. Anyone have any advice?

Where I'm new to this macro thing, I am just going to do it normal for now and see how that works, after a few weeks if I'm not seeing results then I might play around with the carb cycling. I'm in the same boat as you are, want to tone but I have at least 10-15 lbs I would like gone. And I'm with you...bring on the changes!
