I only made it through Lower today. I'm so dead after one workout I don't think I'll make a double. What I'll try to do is do 6 days with only 1 rest instead, but this weekend we'll be out of town so I probably won't get that second cardio in this week.
Either way: Lower body is killer. My "weak point" is definitely my legs. The thighs were burning only a few minutes in. Look forward to seeing some progress!0 -

I decided to do measurements today because I will be out of town this weekend and won't have a chance to measure tomorrow. I'm SO ECSTATIC! I just wanted to share with someone who can be as excited as me!
Weight: down 2.8lbs
Thigh R: down 1.4 cm
Thigh L: same (odd!)
Stomach: down 1.7cm
Hips: down 0.5cm
Waist (natural): same
Bra Band: down 1.7 cm
Calf L: down 0.5cm
Calf R: up 1 cm? thinking I measured wrong.
I measure in CM because it's easier to see changes (and easier to get the decimal/partial cm). But HOLY COW. I find this incredibly exciting after 5 days!0
