Has anyone ever had a normal blood test/ultrasound after being diagnosed with PCOS?

I was diagnosed with PCOS like 3-4 years ago and tested a couple of times, just recently I did an LH/FSH test which came back totally normal and so the Dr took the PCOS diagnosis off my file.
I was wondering if anyone else had this happen? Was it you "cured" yourself of PCOS or did it eventually return?
I am still nervous that this test was a false or maybe just temporary. Curious if anyone else had something similar happen and if the PCOS eventually returned?

I am super curious about this. I'm a little hoping (but am not really convinced) that I might be able to "cure myself."

I have heard of women whose hormones change a lot after having a kid. They either develop PCOS or they can seem to not have any symptoms afterwards. I wonder if anyone has this experience here?

You can have it under control. Congratulations!!! PCOS is for life but it doesn't have to control your life according to my doctor. She said that once the level Balance out it is under control like diabetes but that doesn't mean you don't continue to get check ups and eat and exercise right.
