Do you have phantom injuries before a race?

I have a 10K tomorrow and I swear, my knee is feeling off. Not ouchy, just off.
I'm wondering how common it is to obsess about random body issues before a race. I do get nervous before my races, so I'm trying to tell myself to just calm down, that I'll do great.
Can you relate?

EVERYTHING IS A STRESS FRACTURE.
So...yes. Yes, I can relate.0 -
I think it's normal to feel a bit lacklustre. I like to go for a short, easy run the day before the race with maybe a few strides; that normally helps me loosen up and relax a bit.0

YES. All that taper time gives me time to overanalyze everything about my body and convince myself everything is broken. Then on race morning, I feel great. You'll rock it at your 10k tomorrow!0

Thanks everyone for the reassurance! I think that's what I needed to hear.0
