    Juicing is good for a purge but if your liver and kidneys are doing their job then you don't need that. It is a good way to attain your recommended fruits and veggies goal. But you can lose fiber and some nutrients because proteins don't exactly juice very well... Also if you do it for to long your stomach will shrink and it will make it harder for you to eat regular food again once you are off of it. Juicing in moderation with a healthy diet is fine. Yet Juice, by itself, is just a crash diet that takes a lot of will power because the intense feeling of wanting to fill your stomach gets to you after awhile. Once you are on solid food, most generally the weight will come right back anyway. So this wouldn't be something that I would really recommend to anyone...
