Hey! Wanted to log in my results!
I had to measure a day early (Friday) because we had to go out of town over the weekend and do some work with husbands grandparents estate. Plus family stuff. It's been a rough weekend.
But my results for week 2 are below. All loses are TOTAL since starting the program (not just for week2)
Weight: down 3lbs
Thigh R: down 0.2 cm
Thigh L: Up?
Stomach: Down 1.7cm
Hips: Down 2.7cm
Waist: Down 0.9cm
Calf R: Down 0.5cm
Calf L: Down 1cm0
