Hi everyone! My name is Lizzie, I'm 21.. I'm a mommy to 1, and I just found out I have PCOS. We found out about two weeks ago when I went for a checkup after miscarrying at 7 weeks preg.
I've been exercising and (kind of) watching what I eat, but now that I know that my habits have created a deeper problem, I'm even more committed to this lifestyle.
So any and all friends, or help/suggestions/tips on how to better myself would be welcomed with open arms

Hi Lizzie! I'm Heather. Feel free to friend me or send a message if you ever have any PCOS questions. I'm no expert, but I've had this a while and would be happy to help.0

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriage. That has to be difficult.
There are some websites that I find very useful. I use PCOSNutrition.com, PCOSDiva.com and Conqueryourpcosnaturally.com All great websites that cane help you with your nutrition and what you need. I find that eating a lower carb (Little to no simple carbs) higher in protein and higher in fat helps keep my appetite at bay. j
Feel free to add me if you would like.0
