NSV: I am down 5.5" since we started! (chest, ribcage, waist, hips, bicep, thigh). I can definitely see a difference and my clothes are starting to fit better.

NSV: I've officially lost 3 pants sizes (from my highest). I had been teetering between 22's and 24's and now I'm in a solid 22. Yippee!! Down from a size 28 in April!

@JamieD328 - I have trouble losing actual pounds, too! My body likes to ADD, so I'm working with it and ADDING muscle and consequently losing a lot of fat. 2 lbs for 4 weeks of work, but almost a full size difference. (I also need to regulate my eating. Weekends tend to go unlogged).0 -
