Hi, I have been using MFP now for a few months, and have lost 12Kg so far. Would like to loose another 5 to 10, but have hit a bit of a plateau.
Progress so far has been keeping within calorie limit, trying to eat more healthy, and using cycling, walking and cross trainer to help reach my calorie goals.
Looking to shake things up a bit, maybe try running, aerobics and some weights.
Looking for more friends on here so that I can post updates on my wall and receive some more encouragement.
