So important to stay on schedule

Hi ladies. I'm a stay at home mommy to 7 and although I no longer clock in to work I am as busy. I've noticed that it's so important to stay on schedule. I have to be up a 5 in order to get a good workout in before the rest of the house comes to life. When I decide to sleep just a little longer my workout goes out the window. Even though there are days where my car does not leave the garage, I don't have the time to workout. Life is hectic. So whether you are juggling both career and family or your career is your family, I raise my cup of Joe to you all who make the extra effort to put in that workout video or hit the track. You are not alone. And we got this! :-)

Awesome to hear your schedule is working for you! I don't do a schedule and it works better that way for us, personally. DH works random shifts (typically 9 hours anywhere from 6am to 11pm) and we like to workout together, so I fit mine in before or after he works. I walk with my mom if he's working. We eat dinner with DH or with my mom depending on if he is working through dinner time. We do naps and bedtime when LO is tired. I do at home workout when she sleeps. I eat when I get or chance or when I feel hungry. So I definitely don't think everyone thrives on scheduling But I so get what you mean about the business being a SAHM. It's crazy how my days go!0
