    The gore card is closed, so I'll post my weekly stats here. Did my approved alternative to the squats challenge (twice actually). My fitness test results are as follows:
    21.30 minute mile,
    +2 inches on the sit and reach,
    5 squats (my knees are crap),
    1 full pushup and 20 half pushups,
    30 second plank.
    I was also good and completed my own weekly challenges this week! As a side note, I'm down a pound from last week, so yay! Hope everyone else is doing OK. I'm ready for more walking dead tomorrow night!!!

    Met all my goals and challenge! Fitness test: 1. Mile run walk: 12.26 minutes. 2. Push ups- 3 full 30 half, 3. Squats - 70. 4 static plank 37 seconds, 5. Sit and reach - 0. I also completed the squat challenge! I walked over 12000 steps every day!!! I did my Bikini Body Mommy work out everyday, and I lost 3 pounds!!!!! Feelin' good!!!!

    Week 1 challenge:
    -Sally squats done
    -Fitness test:
    1 mile run: 10:07
    Full push-ups: 25 Half push-ups: 10
    Squats: 65
    Plank: 1:15
    Sit and reach: +3 inches
    Weekly goals have all been completed and met:
    -run 4x a week
    -strength 3x a week
    -stay under calorie goal 6/7

    All Challenges complete met all my goals (even brought my lunch every day!)
    Plus I lost 2.5 this week.

    Fitness Results:
    Full Pushups: 13
    Squats: 30
    Plank: 1min
    Sit & Reach: + 4.5
    Mile: 20.30 Run/walk (I am rehabbing right now so this should improve)
    Sally Squats (begrudgingly) completed w/no weights (not cleared for weights yet)

    1. Stayed within my calorie goals every day
    2. I didnt really eat out at a restaurant at all. We spent all day out at the splash park and walking and going to a local festival. I dont really count a hot dog, fresh ingredient smoothie, and catfish fiddler as a cheat on this. Either way, my goal was to only eat out 1x/week so i think im ok
    3. I continued with my 4 week walking challenge

    My fitness test:
    Mile: 9 min 27 sec
    Full push ups: 2 Half push ups: 9
    Squats: 100
    Static plank: 1 min 48 sec
    Sit and reach: +5"

    My goals:
    1. Cycle 100 miles and walk/run 5 miles per week
    Complete, 106 miles biked and 6-7 miles jogged/walked
    2. Stay at/under calories 7/7 days per week & drink at least 64 oz water per day
    Complete
    3. Lose 1 lb per week

    I did the Sally Squat thing
    For the fit test
    1 mile in 7:56
    35 squats
    30 push-up +3 knee push-ups
    Plank hold 1min 7 sec
    Stretch +1 after taking off my shoes

    Goals:
    1. I ran 21 miles of the 20 mile goal
    2. I did strength training 4 days out of the 4 day goal
    3. I will be under calories for 6 days of the 6 day goal assuming today continues on track

    I met my three goals for the week and actually averaged 15,000 steps a week. Fitness Test & Sally up (no weights) video completed.

    For the First Responder Team: All goals and challenges met.

    Did Sally Squat yesterday and boy was I sore today.

    Fit test scores:
    1 mile in 13:43
    29 squats
    10 half push-up
    Plank hold 1min 6 sec
    Stretch +4

    Goals complete:
    1. No alcohol
    2. 3x upper body & 2x lower body strength workouts
    3. Track everything I put in my mouth.

    Feel great, can't wait for the next set of challenges!
