This group hasn't been used in a while. Maybe the way they do groups here isn't the best - I'm not sure because I haven't used any!

I think the point of a group like this, rather than just using the friend feature on the site, only works if the members meet up from time to time - maybe running / biking / lifting / yoga or whatever. Maybe getting together to share recipes and cook together! Or just go have some drinks. Sound fun?

I'm going to start recruiting people I know who are into fitness or weight loss and get them into this group. I think we can really help encourage each other and hold each other accountable. It will be a Good Thing.
