    Smoked salmon, runny eggs, undercooked steak, stilton, tuna, peanuts, my daily costa coffee, sugar and of course alcohol.
    I eat fairly healthy already apart from sugar so havent really added much apart from more yoghurt and cottage cheese i cant stand other dairy products atm.
