New to group, Fibro for 10 yrs. And Need to Loose Weight

So what is your best weight loss tip given that I can rarely do much exercise and no matter how good I eat it doesn't seem to help? I'm on a lot of meds and generally eat healthy. Going to start logging my foods. I just hooked this app up to my Fitbit app. I would like to see the difference in numbers. I also started the fitness regimen laid out in Fibromyalgia Fitness book. I would like to try autoimmune elimination diet but it seems like there is not much to eat. Any suggestions?
