Niice!!! I have been off track this last week. I even totally forgot to weigh in today. I will tomorrow morning though - I weigh first thing in the morning. I'm pretty sure I've put on this week, I've lost all motivation

I lost 0.9 kg, which is almost 2 lbs, so I'm really happy with that. Stayed under my calorie goal all week, and didn't eat back any exercise calories. Here's to another successful week!0 -
I'm down about 2.5 lbs, I'm thrilled. I havent been amazing with my water (trainee at my desk most of the day, its messing things up!!!) so I was expecting to have gained some water weight back.0
