Shall we continue this challenge in September? If so any thoughts re: what the challenge should be??

What we're doing is fine with me. Coming within 10 points without going over is a big challenge, especially with carbs, but we need to do it. Protein goal is good. Calories is good. I think within 100 is a reasonable goal. Maybe we should just keep doing this so we get in a groove and get better at it.0

here's the challenge for the month:
Calories: not over can be at the zero mark and if under can not be under by more than 50.
Carbs, Fat, Sugar : not over can be at the zero mark again if under by no more than 10
Protein: can be under by no more than 10 or over by 100 -

also note Protein can be 10 G under or 10G over or anywhere in between the two. But not over or under more than 10G. Hope this makes sense0

I am starting back this month. I really need the daily logging. Personal issues have clouded my mind and my ability to pay attention! I am not sure of the scoring system any longer and could use some help. Rachel or Michele if you could look and let me know I would appreciate it. Thanks so much for letting me back In!0

20 + 100=120. post leg day hungries set in and I ate all the foods. Killed my macros. I changed my macros and the proper amounts are listed in my notes in my diary. MFP totals are off (in case anyone is checking). cheers all0

I was wondering about adding water as another marker. It's important. I know I could use the motivation. I haven't been tracking in forever although I know I drink "enough"... since cutting, I decided to track it again.

120+30 (with water)=150. The strict rules this month is keeping me on my toes. Shows how important pre-planning is.. sometimes it's hard to be under by 10g or at zero. Have to up my game0

I agree, pre-planning is important. I sat for 30 minutes when I got home trying to make the numbers work with what food was available. Finally had to give in to the carbs because workouts make you hungry and I didn't pay close enough attention during the day... But made my protein and a little more, just barely over plus 10g. I'll take it.

9/6: 190 + 20 = 210 - forgot I ate a banana during the day so all my end of day calculations were for nothing... grrr
9/7: 210 + 30 = 240
