Injured and trying not to be triggered

hi! So I've battled all forms of eating disorders. I have been following my nutrionists meal plan pretty well the past few weeks. However, for months before that I was stuck in a period of binges, not shocking as that followed a period of restriction. At the end of June I fractured my foot and have been stuck in a walking boot ever since. It has been recommended to me that I do very little activity even in the boot. Just prior to the injury I was trying to just settle into a sane meal plan and allow the weight that I put on bec of the binges come off when my body felt it was appropriate. I really want to fully truly recover from ED! I have been very diligent w not restricting as a means for hastening weight loss and to compensate for the lack of activity. I think I'm just looking for support as this is immensely challenging for me. My favorite activity is running and I fear it will be quite a while until I can do that. Plus, my husband is incredibly triggering. He watches what he eats extremely closely and is obsessed w increasing his activity. I def think we have been competitive w each in the past!!
