Hey there! Just got my Misfit Shine in the mail and trying to figure it out. Got it linked up to MFP alright. My question is about the negative calories. Am I supposed to enable that?

    Nobody replied to you, but I enabled the negative calories on my account. I'm still not sure this is tracking properly, though. I used to have a jawbone UP and with the misfit shine I'm suddenly having a lot more calories that I'm able to eat.
