I haven't seen a thread for victories and before and afters... Big or small... On the scale or off! Post your victories here!
Here's mine:
today is my first month on nutrisystem! I wasn't a 100%.. Ate a few cupcakes, a slice a pizza, one dinner out with friends that included beer, and a piece of candy.... And I have officially lost STILL <drum roll> 16.4 pounds!

Congrats Daisy!!! You're on your way. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!! I started in March, and have lost almost 60 lbs.
Keep logging your food and activity. Food makes a bigger impact than activity, but activity certainly helps! I also keep a log of "other stuff' like emotional stress, illnesses, travel...just to see if/how much those things affect the rate of loss. Like, when I had bronchitis, I took steroids and stayed the same weight for more than a week. When I have emotional stress (biggy-stuff), my weight loss stalls. And, when I have a surge in activity (like 84 flights of stairs in one day while helping a friend move)...there's a delayed reaction, but a nice loss.
Being a part of the NS groups and voicing my successes and slip ups helps keep me accountable, and helps me not feel alone. If you haven't already, write down all the REASONS for you want to lose weight (privately, or you can put in your MFP profile)...but it's important for you to remind yourself, and so you can see those reasons coming true.0
