AAAAGH 5 pounds to my challenge goal weight of 140 pounds.....2 more weeks of challenge left (I weighed a day early). This is a no holds barred rough 'em up and drag 'em out kind of fight to the finish! Leave it to my pounds to hang on until the bitter end lol!

PS count me in for December... keeps me motivated watching everyone succeed!

Not as bad as I thought it would be considering the last seven days I had. Hopefully it's mostly water weight. 13 days to hit the goal and back on track today! I've got this!

    Week 1 (7/9): 134.6

    Week 3 (7/23): -
    Week 4 (7/30): 137.0

    Week 7 (8/20): -
    Week 8 (8/27): 139.6

Today I am at 137.8. It's odd. Even though the number on the scale is higher than my challenge starting weight, my clothes still fit a little more loosely. Admittedly I haven't been as consistent about weighting, working out, and clean eating for this challenge. For the Twenty By Christmas, I plan to step it up a few notches!

Ok it is an all out brawl to the finish here in Camp Kelly! Got on my scale today and BAM....141.5! So....we have one more week of challenge and I am 1.5 pounds left to go to hit my challenge goal! I started this challenge at 156.9, so that is a whopping 15.4 pounds for this challenge! And a 50 pound loss so far altogether! This is turning into quite the nailbiter here for me....so close so close so close so close so close I can see it and I can feel it and I can almost taste it!

I know I should cut myself a little slack here, but I am so sick of the medically disabled whomp that has been whomping me these past 15 months and darn it all I will get back to my healthy weight one inch at a time if I have to!

Keep me in your thoughts and prayers....I could really use a win at something in my life right now and meeting a challenge goal FINALLY would be quite the score for me! Found out that my body is destroying my small nerve fibers. They don't know why, and after all of the gazillions of tests and 20 drs later it took putting pieces of me under a microscope to see it (well I guess technically they saw way less nerves than I should have). So for now more questions than answers, but at least a test finally showed SOMETHING to match how awful I have been feeling. And a certainty it is autoimmune but what and why and how to fix it still are eluding me. All in good time....

On a positive note, all of my shorts fit in time to enjoy in this 100+ degree heat! Including a pair of short overalls that I have had forever that I don't even care if they are fashionable or not because they FIT! So feel free to think of me in shorts overalls....will do a profile pic update at end of challenge in said coveralls but for now I changed to a motivating quote.

Ok I didn't mean to write a novel here, but I thought perhaps if reading this helped one other person keep pushing forward it would be worth sharing.

Let's finish strong! One more week and then a gear up towards Christmas! Let's hope and dream and keep fighting! We are all worth it!
