I was thinking Lettuce, Gouda, Bacon and Tomato.. But maybe there's a better option for the G or any other letter?

Guacamole? I'm from California (home of the vegan double salted caramel avocado cupcake), so it's not too unusual for me to spread some on my sandwich but maybe it might not appeal to others.0
