I have been working on my squat form FOREVER lol. I "think" I finally have it. Before I would get my butt up and them my chest would come up after and it looked like a good morning almost. I will be moving to 3x5 on my squats but I want to make sure my form is good before I do. Thanks everyone!

It looked pretty good for the most part. It is hard to tell if the bar path is correct or if it just looks like it is going forward a little because of the camera angle. It almost looks like you are folding your torso into your knees a little too much. That may be why you had been feeling like you were moving into more of a good morning. Your foot placement is good, you have good control, and you are getting some hip drive in there as well.
Try to keep your core tight and you will probably see a bit of a difference.0 -
