Having an issue with getting steps into MFP.

I assume in MFP you have to tick your chosen device then goto sync.

I did read that you should do it on the web not app?

Pearls of wisdom anyone?

There's a thread full of people whose trackers aren't syncing with the UP app. If your UP app isn't showing your steps, then it can't send your steps to MFP.

If that's not your problem, in the MFP app go to More > Steps and make sure Jawbone is checked. (You can't do it on the website.)

The server for their mobile apps went down today. MAJOR, major issue just today. Since they fixed it, the only calorie adjustment I got was negative and 0.

It's still zero, and finally recorded over 1000 steps by the phone app (Purple App, which would normally show lots more steps by now). For a long while it was negative so I turned that off.

Big problems with Jawbone on all platforms, apparently, including My Fitness Pal.

But at least Jawbone is working at all.

Hope this helps. It's not you. It's all over Twitter. You might want to tell support at Jawbone that when they fixed it, they messed up the sync with MFP.

I will wait till tomorrow to see if it goes back to normal.

    All the best,
    Robin
