Up3 won't charge or reset

It has 2 days left and I can't get it to charge. Everything I've read says to try a soft reset, but it won't even do that as no lights ever come on.

If I tap it the runner light comes on and I can switch to sleep mode.

I'm so frustrated with it!

    Contact Jawbone customer service. They'll walk you through troubleshooting (firmware, etc.) and replace your tracker if it's broken.

    I already have a new one coming from them for another issue. My up3 is splitting apart at the seam. I am thinking that must be the cause of my charging issue. I just don't think it's going to make it before this one dies.

    One thing I love about jawbone is their CS. My 24 randomly quit and they sent the next version up and it arrived within 3 days. No hassle. Hopefully this next one works longer for you :)
