I was diagnosed about a year ago at 58 1/2 yrs old. I believe I had it for several yrs before.

    I was diagnosed 3 years ago (2015). I'm 71 years old now. AND, I'm fighting the VA for compensation as I was stationed at Udorn, Thailand for 18 months (1967) and was victim to Agent Orange spraying.

    5 1/2 years now under my belt- as well as 35 # lbs

    I had lost 35 lbs the two years before diagnosis ,slowly. Took 2 yrs.

    I then gained it all back. Drs act like weight problem not so important cause eventually I’ll lose due to disease.

    It’s been rough toad to acceptance but have adjusted fairly well. Up to 2 tabs every 4 hrs of cardidopa levodopa.

    I’ broke my foot, sprained ankle and shoulder problems every 6 mo or so.Also my balance issues keep me a little “fear of falling” or being too cautious.

    Going to start exercising slowly till my ankle strengthens and shoulders improve

    I am almost 70 (Sept 24) and was diagnosed in April of 2019.
