3 day diet; lost 6- 10 pounds in 3 days

This is the 3 day diet menu. If followed correctly, you will lose up to 10 pounds. This diet has been around for years circulating on the internet and when I came across it, it changed my life. I recently started the diet again because I allowed myself to gain weight by over eating and not exercising, ( no bodies perfect). I promise myself that this will be the last time I allow myself to gain weight because I hate dieting and starting over. I started at 186 and now as of today, I weight 170.7. my last day is Saturday and hope the scales will display 167. My only challege is my days off which I think I figured out what to do. I plan on eating the same amount of food/calories to maintain the lost and limit carbs and sodium.
