Hi all! I am new to this group and just restarted myfitnesspal after being off of it for about 2 years! I am a pesco-vegetarian and have been trying to consume more raw living foods as well as less dairy. I am looking for support on my 19lb weight loss journey! I am also interested in any tips for runners that are vegetarian. Thank you!

Hey, I'm new to this group too! I've only just decided to become vegetarian quite recently - I've been thinking about it for a while now, and I've finally decided to take action with it. I've been pescatarian in the past for a little while, but I've been brought up as a meat eater. I'd love some new friends and some support from those whom are also vegetarian.0
