Anyone have one that's pretty easy? Also, nutrition information would be great, but that may be wishful thinking

I can't help. I breastfed all three for a few weeks each but hated it with all my soul so gave up each time. Maybe if we get more members there will be someone who knows.....0

My poor nipples! Also, my daughter is getting bigger, I'm back at work and pumping (ugh!), and it's pretty demanding on my flow. Plus, Milkmakers makes cookies that are so delicious but I wanted to try making my own...

I tried making some with my third. I just used a normal cookie recipe I think and added brewer's yeast to them. I also drank nursing tea and took fenugreek and blessed thistle tablets. Didn't even bloody work and I had to still supplement with formula and pump loads. Only found out much later that fenugreek and stuff like that can cause weight gain, and alter your T3 level or something. I always wondered why I seemed to gain weight rapidly after having my babies.
I struggled with supply with all 3. My first went from a birth weight of 7lbs13 down to 6lbs7 in 6 days. My other two lost weight, but not quite as much, but still more than recommended. So mine have all been mix fed for the first 3 months, then on formula.0 -

I had a recipe but now can't find it. Google lactation cookies and a bunch should pop up. Mine had oatmeal, yeast and flax seed in them. I liked them! I also tried Fenugreek but I smelled like maple syrup every day and the baby got crazy gassy. Now I just make sure to eat enough protein and drink tons of water. I hope to exclusively breastfeed until at least 6 months but we'll see. My 4 month old is already 17 pounds and still wakes up every 2-3 hours. I'm exhausted!0

I had to formula feed all three of mine from 3 months, and they all still woke up loads. My middle child woke about 6 times a night until she was 10 months.
