Hey guys!
My names Joe, I'm 19 and currently a fulltime college student with a boring part time desk job. I came across the thread for this group over at the KF forums and figured a group revolving around one of my favorite communities would be a great way to keep me motivated and help me improve my over all fitness. So for some context, I was a pretty chubby guy for the majority of my life; I was just a pretty lazy and overall unhealthy individual. Around February of last year I weighed about 200 lbs. of pretty much pure chub. I decided to start going to the gym and over the course of a year lost 30 lbs.
Currently I'm about 6 Ft tall weighing around 170 lbs. Losing weight definitely improved my confidence and overall outlook on life. I like the way I'm looking now, but I'm still looking to improve. I want to get toned and lose some of the excess fat I have, such as my love handles. Any tips are 100% welcomed and I look forward to being apart of this group!
