Hello everyone! Good Morning! So today I feel invigorated! I want to try something new and give my all into it!

Today's Challenge: Try a new workout

I love trying new workouts because you never know if it will become one of you favorite routines.

    Today my workout will be a 3-hour dance class. Not a new workout, but I'll be learning new dances :smile:

    It isn't exactly new, but...I wanted to learn to hula hoop. Got frustrated and its been sitting in a corner for months. Today, I recommitted and practiced for 15 minutes. That's the goal: Practice/try to keep it up for 15 minutes a day.
