Today I ended up with 4.09 miles, just running around doing errands and shopping, it was almost 4, so I walked around tbe house to get it before midnight, to close not to get it. Janice0

Cooler weather should help us all get back in the swing of things.
We can do this. The holidays will be here before we know it. And if I just tread water so to speak from Thanksgiving until New Years, I will be happy.

4.8 miles for me yesterday and I was just busy. That was with no concerted effort to walk. Just my day! That should mean I got a lot accomplished which I did.
Still cleaning out my dads house. Took chemicals to our environmental recycling center. Had some gun powder that we did not know what to do with. They told us to take it to the police station!
What was dad doing with gun powder???he had no guns!!0 -

3.5 miles today, I think thats what I had yesterday. I'm glad my gear fit and S health track it. I will have to look it up on my phone on my totals. My tablet doesnt get S health that syncs w/ my gear fit.0

Today I had over 14,000 steps and over 6.30 miles, I was busy all day, working on taking tomato plants, putting up the pool, cleaning house, laundry and cooking out. I think thats the most for me on steps. Tommorrow I need to figure my totals, this had to help. I hope tommorrow I'm not to sore with all the gardening work, my back is hurting already. Janice0

My totals as of the end of yesterday are 41.82. I only have alittle over 8miles to get today to be half way, lol, I dont see that happening my sister is back in hospital and I'm getting ready to go there. All in all I personally am happy with my numbers so far. Janiceq0
