Hope you're all having a beautiful Saturday. The weather here is gorgeously sunny, so fingers crossed the temperature doesn't spike!

Today's rest day, so I got in a bit of morning yoga and am feeling good!

    Good morning everyone
    My depression is lessened a bit. Happy day! I spent most of yesterday processing tomatoes and spaghetti sauce. I make the best spaghetti sauce :smile: Peaches are about ready to pick also. Actually, so much of everything is ready to pick! My grandchildren were here and helped me get caught up on picking beans. They can really get away from you if you don't pick every day. I had a good day logging my food and making good choices yesterday also. Amazing how much easier it is when you are busy ad not board. lol

    I have the day off today. So much I want to do.

    Failure will never overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong enough.
