Hey mommas! I was just wondering if anyone was looking for accountability in the form of posting goals and checking in weekly? I used to belong to a group that did this and it helped me a lot. September Goals:
SW 8/31: 225
GW 9/30: 218
Gym: Mon, Wed & Thu after work & one weekend morning
Walk: Tue & Thu at lunch
Log food daily.
Stay under weekly calorie goal.
No alcohol for the month.
