Hi all!
My name is Monica, I am married & I have a 4 year old daughter. I have been exercising regularly now for about 4 months but could still use support from other moms. Feel free to add me as a friend...I reply to statuses & do "like" posts.
I really need to get my eating game in order, that's my biggest problem. I have gotten to the point where I like working out, but my eating (although I stay within my allotted calories) isn't always "healthy". So I really need support with my eating. It's like I know what I need to do but won't do it.....sigh. I sound like a toddler...LOL!
I look forward to getting to know you all better & support us along this journey!

Welcome Lynette! I wish I loved exercising as much as I love doughnuts.........my daughter asked to go to "Krunkin' Donuts" today and I resisted at least!0

Welcome! My middle child was 4 in May. My eldest was 6 in June, and my youngest 1 in May (May and June are gonna be expensive months when they get older!).
I lost all the baby weight and more after the 4 year old, but gained loads with no.3, despite logging on MFP and exercising until 38 weeks.
I exercise loads, and my diet is generally good, but lately I've been sneaking in treats. I'm still within calories, but I kind of feel I should limit my treats a bit!0
