The challenge starts Sept. 12th but you can start anytime after that. This challenge is about YOU..log your weight weekly or monthly, or keep your weight to yourself. we don't require you to post your weight if your not comfortable with it. We do have a spreadsheet if your interested in tracking through it or post on the weekly weigh-ins I will be posting for each week of the challenge. You form this challenge to work with your lifestyle. You will find encouragement, tips, recipes and mini challenges you can join or not. We want to hear how your doing, from dropping weight and inches or gaining. We want to hear your struggles, we all have them. Join the challenge and see if it's the right fit for you, trust me this is one time, "one size does fit all" because it's all about you!
