Stress and Weight Loss

Hi all. I'm new to MFP and this group. I am 41 and lost 45 lbs ten years ago and kept it off until this year. Between battling chronic pain the last 3 years, surgeries, caregiving for my mother and maintaining a full-time job, my stress levels are high and managing calorie intake is at a low. Any suggestions on how to overcome stress to stay on track to lose weight? Thanks.
