I have been a binge eater for many years. It all started when I moved from California to Oklahoma to go to college and be with my family. I left my home and started a new life with no friends and no one to talk to. It was very hard. But 12 years later I have an amazing husband and some good friends. I miss home everyday and I haven't been back there since I moved. I regret moving some days and some days I know it was the best decision I ever made. But I still feel hopeless and I binge eat when I miss what my life was. I don't want to anymore. I am doing this for me. I need to get healthy. So I saw this group and wanted to join the challenge. SO my Day 1 will be this, Hi my name is Marie and I am a binge eater.
