What diet styles is everyone using?
I am trying Weight Watchers, basically a modified, dumbed down, low calorie approach. I will be tracking all my food, exercise, and weight in MFP though. The more You log, the better you can understand your habits!

Why struggle alone when we have this great group!

    Counting calories and trying to reduce carbs. I just found out my cholesterol jumped up fo no apparent reason. The information on diet to reduce it is confusing, but I am going to try and reduce my sugar intake along with the non-statin medication the doc prescribed.
