Done with all vacations this summer. Maybe I can get back to business. I am not getting on the scale until
Thursday of the challenge. I want to take off some water weight. Still hot here in my area but we will have a
rain storm tomorrow so things should start to cool off.

    Good luck this week!

Hi everybody. Sorry I have had laryngitis of the keyboard lately. It has been CRAZY BUSY!!!!! School started August 26. I had company in town that week. It was my youngest daughter's birthday. Ballet started August 31. I pinch baby sat a 2 and 4 yr old for 2 weeks. My hubby was gone out on his ship for work. My oldest is now up to 11.5 hours of dance a week. Cataloging costumes for he ballet studio. Trying to figure out when I have time to cook dinner in the meantime. And we have been having fluctuating weather which really screws with my joints and the pain becomes unbearable. I will be gone for 5 days text weekend so I will not have Internet access. But I have to get my car fixed in Seattle. It has 2 open recalls on it so I have to take it to a dealer for that. My dealer options are Juneau or Seattle. Oh hello....... Seattle of course. Way better shopping!!!!! So hopefully I will be a little more vocal now.

I just had to apologize for being MIA. And now you know why. By now that I am getting into the swing of things I shouldn't be as absent.

Me as well, I have been sailing most of the summer and going to our cottage and weddings too. I hope to be more
    accountable here as well.

I'm trying, just had another death, this one sudden, a father figure, so I'm really off my emotional rocker. I'm logging, but cortisol and sodium are high. I saw 200 back on the scale, and got so upset, but this morning it was 196 again. It's such a holding pattern. I'll see what Tuesday says. My head is just not in this game to the degree it should be, but I'm holding and I'm aware, not hiding. Life and its seasons....

Eninad- So sorry for your sudden loss. Sudden or expected neither is good. Of course you are going to be upset and distracted.

Just go easy on yourself and you can join back in when you have had some time to heal.
