A day late, but here we go:

Lost .9 this week, come on scale that's basically a whole pound. My goal this week is to get in the 211-212 range by next week! We are doing flag football as our company sport so that should def help with my weight loss!0 -
I did weigh in today and it was 179.8, I was surprised, but I did eat tuna and salad Sat. and Sunday for lunch, plus we did not eat a bunch over the holiday, today I bought a new battery for my scale, just because the scale is around 7 yrs old and I have
never changed it. I will see how it does tommorrow. Janice0 -

I'm glad I'm not higher, but I am in a holding pattern. It was a high sodium Labor Day and I know I need to re-engage to get the scale moving down again. I walked this morning and will go regularly again now that temperatures are lower. I'm sure that will make a difference.0 -

Ugh! First time i am UP during this challange on my official weighin day. It has been a tough week food wise - bbq,s and eating out and not having time to exercise. Only up a half lb but still not happy. Motovation to get going!!!

Morning,
I am changing my weight on here today. I am one that weighs everyday and summer has been so busy that
I forgot most days. Now back to reality and being accountable. My goal is 160 and I am 185.8 today so I have
my work cut out for me. My husband also wants to lose so we are on the same page and it makes life much
easier. My last weigh in was before we left our last sailing cruise which was Sept. 2nd and I was 190 lbs.
So as you can see I have come down from that. From my last weigh in which was August 27 I was 186.4. So
according to that weight I have lost 0.6 pounds. Keeping accountable and I have my week in the Bahamas as
my next goal which will be the end of February next year.0 -

Evelyn, I know how you feel. Half a pound isn't much, but it can feel like a tonne!! You'll get it back off quick, no worries!0
