Starting Date for the "Recipe"

Note, there are about 15ish people interested in the program. I'm not going to give the recipe until most of them get onboard this discussion group or one week (whichever comes first).
I think thats fair.
I set the group to public, so that the link I sent them will work. (I forgot that if your group is set to "private" no one can view the site.)
As soon as we gets everyone onboard, the group will be set to private.
I sent invitations out in addition to inviting people through the MFP e-mail.
